Our products — t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts — are made using a print-on-demand process. That means each item is printed individually after you order it. Because of this:
Colors on your screen won’t be a perfect match to the printed product. Every monitor, phone, and tablet displays color differently, and the printing process itself can introduce slight variations. A shade that looks bright blue on your laptop might look a touch more muted in person. This is industry-standard for print-on-demand and is not considered a defect.
Print placement may vary slightly from the product images on our website. We aim for consistency, but small shifts in positioning — a few millimeters here or there — can happen during production. Again, this is normal for custom printing.
Fabric texture and feel may differ slightly between product batches. We work with quality materials, but natural variations in fabric are expected and don’t indicate a quality issue.
If you receive something that’s genuinely wrong — a major print error, wrong item, or visible damage — that’s a different story. Reach out to us and we’ll make it right. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
